How do you choose which hotels to feature?
Every hotel is reviewed individually for its location, service and character — not simply added because a room happens to be available. We'd rather show you fewer, better options.
What's the difference between browsing destinations and Private Travel Planning?
Browsing lets you explore handpicked hotels and start building a trip yourself. Private Travel Planning is a free, personal service where one of our travel advisors builds the whole proposal — flights, hotel and experiences — around what you tell us.
Do you handle bookings and payments directly?
No. Once you've chosen a flight or hotel, you complete the booking and payment directly with the relevant external partner. We'll always make it clear when you're leaving our site.
How do I start planning a trip?
Choose a destination from our collection, or head to Private Travel Planning if you'd rather describe what you're looking for and let one of our advisors take it from there.
Can I change or cancel a booking once it's confirmed?
Since bookings are completed with the external partner, any changes or cancellations need to go through them directly — their terms and conditions apply. Contact us if you're not sure who to reach.
Do you offer flights as well as hotels?
Flights are on their way. For now, our focus is on handpicked hotels; a curated flight selection will follow the same considered approach once it's live.
Is Private Travel Planning really free?
Yes. Personal travel planning doesn't cost anything — it's free whenever you book through the links in the proposal we send you.
What if I don't know exactly where I want to go?
That's completely fine. Tell us the kind of trip you're imagining through Private Travel Planning, or browse our destinations for inspiration — either way, we're happy to help you narrow it down.
How quickly will I hear back after contacting support?
A real person reads every message, and we aim to reply as quickly as we can — usually within a couple of working days.
Will more destinations be added over time?
Yes, we're continually expanding our destination and hotel collection with the same handpicked approach, rather than growing it just for the sake of size.
