When you send a message through the contact form, we process the information you provide, such as your email address, phone number and the content of your message.

We use this information to read your inquiry, understand what you need help with, and contact you — for example to answer questions about destinations, hotels or the service.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message unless it is necessary.

When you visit the website

The website is hosted through Vercel. When you visit the website, technical information may be processed so that the site can be delivered, operated securely and protected against misuse.

This may include information such as your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you request and technical logs.

We use one functional cookie, which remembers your preferred language.

If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity may set cookies such as _clck and _clsk. You can accept or decline analytics cookies at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.

How long do we keep the information?

At this stage, messages submitted through the contact form are reviewed directly by our team so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not yet store submissions in a separate database, and a fixed retention period has not yet been decided — we will update this page once that process is in place.

Who may access the information?

Only people who need the information to handle your inquiry may access it.

Vercel, our hosting provider, processes technical information as needed to operate and secure the website. We do not currently share contact-form submissions with any other third party.

If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity processes usage data on our behalf to help us improve the website.

Your rights

You may contact us to request information about the personal data we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion.

You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may also submit a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or our processing of personal data changes.
